If Evolution and Natural Selection is True...

Just some silly things I have been pondering lately...

If naturalistic evolution is true, and if this somehow "personified" power of natural selection is truly believed to be at work in the universe, making things better by removing the weak links, then why don't we just remove all warning notices and the barrage of silly, obvious signs around town, and let nature take it's course? If some people are too ignorant to know any better, lets clear the gene pool by letting them make the deadly mistakes themselves.

If natural selection is true, then can an evolutionist logically be any kind of conservationist, save the forest, clean the air, global warming advocate, etc? I mean if natural selection is in control, then these things could logically lead to the next step in human evolution, right? Poisonous air, too much carbon dioxide, dirty water, etc. could produce a new breed of super human, and rid the world of the weaker breeds by killing them off, while others adapt. So, why should they get involved in saving the planet at all?

If natural selection is true, then can an evolutionist logically be a defense attorney in a murder case? There is no "murder" in an materialistic universe. Murder is one creation of God killing another person made in God's image. Evolution/atheistic thought says humans are just a pile of random cells with no real moral being or soul, so killing one is just natural selection at work...survival of the fittest, right?
